2. 通过职业评估（Migration Skill Assessment ）
整个MLTSSL清单上面有100多种职业，但其实在清单上面不是最重要的。能不能够独立技术移民澳洲最重要的是看您的教育背景和工作背景能不能通过该职位的职业评估（Migration Skill Assessment）。
澳洲政府把每个职位能不能通过职业评估的权利下放给了每个职位所在澳洲的专业行业协会，行业协会会根据他们自己需求有着固定的一些要求（英文要求，工作经验要求或者学历要求），满足此行业协会对于的要求是最重要的。

评分达到65以后，就可以递交EOI等待邀请卡（Invitation letter）了
移民局发放配额的标准如下：
一个EOI在移民局系统里面的有效期为2年，即如果2年还没有收到邀请的话，您的EOI就被取消了。
